So what happens next to return this item

Ok I bought an item on eBay . What was sent was a completely different item. I emailed seller to return , no reply (not surprised the seller took 18 days to send the item and ignored my email for delivery update when I sent one after 14 days waiting).
So after waiting 5 days for a reply to my return request I opened an eBay case. EBay have now sent me an email saying they are refunding me. But no inclusion of a return label. Will the seller send one? Seller has ignored me to date Or will eBay send one? Or do I have to chase the seller again for one?

It sounds like ebay stepped in and settled the dispute in your favour - if they are sending a refund, you don't have to return the item.
If they wanted you to return it you would have got a different message telling you to return the item.

Thanks for the reply @Thelnebriati . The thing is I am more than happy to send it back if the seller let me know where to send it and give me a return label. I don’t understand why they haven’t replied back the item is worth about £30. It just feels really weird. I think I will send another email to the seller once the refund has gone through and then donate it to charity if they don’t reply back
