Royal mail app help

Hi, not quite eBay sorry but related and hoped someone here might know. (I'm posting eBay parcels with royal mail).

Normally I can buy postage on the royal mail app and then add proof of postage on there. Now they've updated the app, things look different and I can't see how to do it! "Add proof of postage" takes me to purchase history but there doesn't seem to be an option in there to do it. Will contact royal mail next but not expecting them to be hugely helpful.

On ebay, go to your 'paid and dispatched orders'.
At the bottom of each order there's a link that shows the tracking number, and there should be a button to let you 'add/edit tracking'.
Copy and paste the tracking number into the box.

The link sometimes disappears, its a glitch. If you can't see it, then tick the box to the left of the sale, and then click the 'Postage' button at the top of the page.
You will find 'Add Tracking' on the dropdown menu.

It's not quite the same as proof of postage in case of a delivery problem/lost item but good to see items have arrived safely and let buyer check tracking.

I couldn't find how to track an item but realised there's a tracking number on each postage label I've bought. (I bought more than 1 together so the number in the app was not the right tracking one). In case anyone else is stuck and sees this.
