I bid for and won a snowsuit, but when it arrived it was obviously a girls snowsuit, it was advertised as unisex and I wanted it for DS.
Anyway, I contacted the seller who right away apologised and asked me to send it back for a full refund.
Should I have raised a paypal dispute or has it been handled correctly so far?
Its just that they said they posted a cheque on Saturday, 1st class and it hasn't arrived yet, and I don't want to be "caught out" by not using the system correctly.

Thanks for reading

if you paid via paypal you should have received a refund via paypal.

did you send it back trackable?
if you did and you dont get the cheque, raise a dispute

the seller has received it, she emailed me to say so and to say she would send cheque, so comms have been very good.
She did tell me she had never had anything returned before and wasn't sure what to do etc, and I told her about paypal refund, but she said she wasn't sure how to do it (not difficult I know)

You can only do a refund with Paypal if you have money in the account. Which can be a pain in the rear end, lol.
