Sent something to someone via evri the other week. It hasn't registered in their system. I don't have the receipt. Can things sometimes take a few days to show up?

The other week? How long ago did you send it?

It usually shows with 24 hours, so if it's been more than a couple of days then it's unlikely to show up now. Is there a reason you need the tracking information? If the buyer is claiming it's not been delivered and you don't have proof of postage or tracking then you should refund them.

It hasn't registered on the system. I had posted loads of stuff & been through all my receipts. But can't find it. Starting to think I'm going mad! Will double check the boot of my car! I'm sure I posted on Friday though.

The buyer asked me to post & I said I had. Because I'm sure I did.
