Evri delivery

I have recently sold and sent 3 items. The listing defaulted to evri delivery (£2.75) but I actually used Royal Mail as the evri options weren't useful; I assumed the default would be Royal Mail as that's all I've used in the past (though admittedly it has been a while since I sold anything).

I've noticed that the £2.75 paid by the buyer for evri delivery has gone straight to eBay and not to me - so effectively I've lost out as I paid for Royal Mail delivery.

Is there any way to get eBay to refund the 3 lots of £2.75 for the evri deliveries that I didn't use?
Failing that, does anyone know a way of actually getting through to eBay customer service that doesn't involve a chatbot?

Are you sure the delivery fee has gone to eBay?

Ive just done the same today, I also selected the eBay delivery thing and I just checked, the money still came to me but minus the fees and tax.

Thanks for replying, 1990s. Yep, eBay have only paid me the amount for the item, no sign of the £2.75 evri 🤔
