Everything in the description is in the plural, so I would say it is two per sale, so you have bought four.

If you bought two lots the title says £4 for two £8 would be 4, if she emails you to say otherwise tell her you will report her to ebay and put a paypal claim in to get your money back!

ok, I get so confused on ebay lol. I have emailed her anyway to see if she can combine postage on the teats I brought from her too. And have said that I hope I have read the auction right and I have won 4 bottles. lol!
