Overseas buyer has won auction but

I specified UK only. They’ve not paid yet. But my listing says £4.45 postage which won’t get it to South Korea! Anyone else had this? What do I do?

Cancel the bid. You said UK only

Wait and if they pay it will tell you if you are dispatching it to the GSP.

If the listing is wrong at that point just cancel the bid.

If you've listed in a hurry eBay sometimes automatically adds Global Shipping which frustrates me.

The up side is, if it's going to the Global Shipping program it's a uk address to post to. They do everything else and it's all fully insured. It costs the buyer a fortune.

My advice is wait and see.

Update - she has apologised and is going to see if she can get it sent anywhere in the UK. Very apologetic. Urghhh

Be careful.

She needs to change the address so it appears on your invoice. You can only dispatch to the address on the invoice. Otherwise you are not covered by eBay should anything happen.

If she can't update her details the best thing is for her to request you cancel the order.

Then you cancel the order.

Strongly suggest you propose to her that you cancel the order, then you get fees back & she's not obliged to pay, either.

Yes I’ve just cancelled it. Citing delivery address issues. Hope I get the fees back!
