is anyone out there that understands paypal? My sister brought pushchair yesterday via bank transfer. It says its completed and the seller says it shows as having come out but bank does not show it leaving account! Any ideas?

via paypal but it comes from bank account. She paid yesterday morning. It should come directly out of account shouldnt it?

It can take 5 days to leave your bank account to go to paypal, unless it is backed up by a credit card, then it will come off the card.

well she only has one account. Surely they need to have money in the account to be able to send it. It still has not come out. I thought when you paid by bank transfer it came straight out and then thats how its completed.

Does she have a credit/debit card registered to her paypal? Paypal can use this method as a back-up source, which means the money may have come off her card, this then takes time to show on the account, or she could be in minus funds on her paypal.
Tell her to check her paypal account.

When I pay through Paypal with funds coming from my bank account, it takes a few days for th emoney to actually leave my bank account. Has always been like this!

thanks cat. Thought id had a result for a minute it seems a bit strange that they let it go through. I mean if i was a dishonest i could just buy things and close the account!
