could someone help me decipher this please

you sat down there without any notice and you're waiting for me to open my mouth and tell you that its already 15days.are you a thieves on ebay takes people's money and feed your young of yours dont you know that its a sin please try to tell tell me something even though its a small money.

my take on it is that they haven't received something from me

any other guesses?

at a guess , they think they've paid but not got the goods yet so believe you've run off with their money. Is that a translation via babelfish or something or verbatim ?

lol - rise above it and just state the facts. If it has gone astray you have to wait so many weeks before claiming anyway.
