How to collect fromArgos: code needdd?

Sold an item on eBay. Buyer wanted to pick it up from an Argos collection point. Buyer now asking me for a code so she can pick it up. I don’t have one! I sent via Royal Mail as always. How does she do this? I kind of thought eBay would tell her, the buyer? Anyone know?

Check your sales record on your eBay account, is there one there? It should also be on your buyers purchase record at their end too, I think.

There isn't anything I can see except the Royal Mail tracking number which will deliver the item to the Argos store as requested. She hasn't come back to me so hopefully it's all sorted. I've never personally had anything delivered anywhere except my home as we are nowhere near anywhere so it's unfamiliar to me I didn't even realise it was an option! Thank you

There should be a ecp number for it that you put on the package with delivery information. Argos use this to book in the parcel. The buyer gets a fm code and bar code to pick it up.
Argos can call EBay to get the ecp number if your buyer goes into the store with proof of their name.

Thank you. I just printed off a royal mail
postage label via the eBay app. I didn’t even realise buyer could collect from anywhere so I totally didn’t notice it. I always choose royal mail as I don’t trust the evri service!
