Has anybody had problems with this recently?
I received an item this week that said sign for on the box but the postie did not ask me to sign instead he handed it over and went again.
I posted an item about ten days ago which luckly the buyer has left feedback for, but a week after it got to them the tracking system still says accepted at my post office and not even out for delivery.
Is it worth paying the extra for signed for if Royal Mail are not bothering to provide the service? I appreciate there is strike action but I can see little point paying for a service that is not being done.
Does anybody know of any other companies that provide a good signed for service?
