opened a paypal dispute and escalated to claim. on the paypal dispute history it says they have phoned the seller on 27th jan. how long can i expect to wait before paypal decides on what they are going to do?
also will they make me return the item? cos i am not really happy to this. counterfeit ghds could be potentially very dangerous and i don't think the seller should have the oppurtunity to sell them on again.
if i do have to send them back i also don't see why i should have to pay to send them back. it's only 6 pound but that's not the point really.
