help paypal won't work

bought a carrier off ebay today and when i tried to pay by paypal i can't get onot paypal website i can get on everything else but not paypal never had any problems b4 what can i do if anyone can tell me if i need to do summit to the coomputer can u please let me know i have gto vista home basic ps tried giving it a good kick didn't work

Is it working yet? It may just be the server.

It was very slow earlier on whe I was paying for something.

It tried loading pages for ages, I tried refreshing the page then clicking continue again and it loaded the next page up normally.

it is still not working i really do hat computers lol
