sold a skirt yesterday on ebay, buyer not communicated with me at all regarding payment and sent her 2 invoices now, my item now has by it 'second chance offer'? what does this mean. how long do you wait before chasing up an unpaid item?

I think, if you expect very fast payment, you should say as much in the item description. When you say you sold it yesterday, do you mean Thursday? Or Wednesday?

I think 2-3 days is a normal amount of time to wait.

Second chance offer means you can give up on the buyer and offer it to the next-highest bidder, at the amount they bid. They can say 'yes' or 'no'.

don't hound them, if you only sold it yesterday give it at least until monday, we sometimes wait a week.

thanks guys, i am new to sellling only buying before and i have always been quick payer! i sold it on wednesday, my other buyers have been very quick and paid immediately, i just was'nt sure how long i should wait. its just strange when they don't at least communicate back to let me at least know when to expect a payment? i don't mind if its a few days as long as they let me know!

second chance offer is the chance to offer the same item to another bidder if you have more of the same item. Or if the original buyer doesnt pay.
Give your buyer some time

I think you have to give them a chance to get to the computer!

thats fine, sorry i am being too impatient! thanks guys for all your comments, i appreciate it, just was'nt sure if what the second chance offer meant and whether it was something the buyer has sent cos she had changed her mind but i understand now, thank you!
