Awful buyer refund

I sold a bag on eBay the buyer decided it was dirty I couldn’t be bothered to argue with her so refunded her . This was over a month ago she still hasn’t returned bag and due to me being a bit silly I can’t work out how to do the postage label to get her to send it back as she refuses to give me any details . She suggested I contact eBay but I can’t find the bit on my account to prove the refund though I know it definitely sent . Can anyone help it’s a nice big bag and I want it back

You never refund until you have the item back. There is literally nothing you can do now.

She was so nasty and vile in her messages and when I asked her for my bag back her response was her patience is wearing thin ! I’ve sold on eBay since 2002 and never had any issues before

I word my descriptions to cover things like that.
I have issues with signed for items being raised as not received.

It's strange how the items that are reported as not received are the sorts of brands that get searched for. CFs.

It's seriously annoying to be told something is a fake, when you bought it from the actual shop.

While i am ranting - was about to bid on something today and noticed that they weren't the size listed as. What would I have done with a pair of shoes in the wrong size?
