Rude buyer

Hi I have sent something which I duly sent unknowingly not including another item that was put there by using a similar listing. I have the item the buyer is looking for but I don’t feel like sending it because he has sent 2 mails which are rather threatening. For 1.99 it’s not worth it and will mean I’m out of pocket for a second postage. Should I report the buyer! I shouldn’t have to deal with that?

Put yourself in the buyers shoes. They assumed they were buying the item(s) as described in your listing and it was your mistake not to check that the listing was correct. So it is natural they are not going to be pleased if not all was sent . They could legitimately open a not as described case and you would have to issue a full refund. So it might well be cheaper for you to send the missing item no matter how rude the messages are.
