Hi i just recieved this job lot of nappies from ebay. When they arrived the nappy buckets are missing and all the nappies are for premature and newborn babies. I specifically asked the seller if the nappies were suitable for my lo and was told that there were nappies suitable from premature to 3 years. Now im out of pocket with no nappies for my dd. What can i do

An update : after many emails where they insisted they were right and that they were suitable, thry went and checked and realised they are not. So courier is collecting tommorow and im getting a refund!!!

Courier picked up and five minutes later they refunded to my card, its not showing up yet in my account, but its gone through paypal ok. Hopefully it will show up soon so i can buy some more nappies
