How often is 80% off fee offer

How often does the 80% off the final selling fee offer come around? I think I'm going to draft everything up ready but just wondering if it's like a monthly thing or more sporadic than that?

I think so, both my husband and I have accounts and we both get the emails on the same weeks about sellers fees.
