Turbo Lister - how do I format the text?

I'm sure I'm just missing something really obvious here, but when I have written my description in the big 'description builder' box, I then click on 'description builder' to try and format the text i.e. change colour / size / alignment etc, but my writing doesn't show up on the 'enter your description' pop up box, and I can't write anything directly into that box either.
What am I doing wrong?

not sure exactly what you mean here but, have you saved a template?
By creating a template you can use the same one everytime and just by clicking on builder you can add/change etc etc

for some reason windows decided there was a problem, and found an upgrade that solved it. all on its own!
