am i being too hasty??? item not recieved..

i brought am item last monday, recieved a email on wednesday saying it had been posted via parcelforce24. Its not arrived. Have emailed them twice and heard nothing, except for an email asking for feedback. I have just emailed them again, asking for the tracking number (again) and if i do not hear from them, i will have no choice but to start a paypal dispute.... am i being hasty

IF it was sent parcelforce24 you should have received it on Thrsday, friday at the latest.

ooo she replied.. apparently it was posted via royal mail... even though it says on the auctions it would be parcelforce24 i just hope it turns up..

Did she send it recorded Delivery? If so she should be able to give you the number from the label.

Also if it was posted on Wednesday last week, you should have had it by now, even if is was sent 2nd class.
