Seller not sending item.

Bought an item 11 days ago, paid immediately, after 5 days I noticed the item was still marked as not being sent so I messaged the seller asking when they Planned to send it, she responded to say she would send it the next day, she apparently posted it on the 9th however I’ve still not received it and there is no tracking information, I feel like I’m being messed around. How long does it need to be before I can ask for my money back?

Just to add I bought another item on the 9th that arrived on Monday, both sent by royal
Mail second class, seller also apparently sent the item on the 9th but it hasn’t arrived 🤨

If you check the sales record there will be an estimated date for delivery. Once this has passed, you can open a not received case. The seller will have 7 days to prove the item has been delivered, then eBay will force a refund.
