What happens if the item is returned to me?

Sold my ds’ paw patrol tower on eBay
Buyer paid and I packed it up and sent via ups.
Told buyer via messages what day I was posting and that it would be delivered on Wednesday.
Ups have attempted delivery 3 times without success and it now says on tracking it’s been returned to the warehouse and the next step is return to sender. I imagine it’s too big to go to a collection point.

So what happens if it comes back to me? I am happy to refund the item if I get it back but do I have to refund the postage they paid as well?

I would refund item but not postage as you can’t recover that and they aren’t getting in touch. I’d send a message to tell them and see if that helps them respond?

Unfortunately that’s not how eBay works, you are required to refund in full, including postage.
