paypal question

I bought a coat from a lovely lady in America and the shipping cost quoted was higher than it turned to be in reality so she very kindly refunded me $31 on 2nd jan.. however it still says pending. How long does it normally take?

do you know if she 'refunded' (partially) or sent the amount separate, as a payment so to speak

I don't know.. on paypal it just says refund and in the other bit it says pending.

can take up to a week all my refunds have pended and some took 10 dyas it does clear though

sorry to be a pain, it now says completed but it hasn't been credited to my bank account or to my paypal account, does it take a while or should I contact paypal to find out whats happening?

have you bought anything that it could have paid for? check recent transactions for refund and paid in and you should find reference to where the money is
