eBay returns if item is broken

I bought a Phone for my daughter for her birthday, I’ve just given it to her today her birthday and it’s broken! How do I return it as it says there will be an option to print a return label but I don’t have a printer, am I able to just pay to return it myself or can they claim they didn’t get it back? I’m so fuming as I’ve given her a broken on her birthday

Could you email it someone else to print for you? Or does it give you the option of a print the label in store? Lots of them do these days. Send them a message and see what they say.

I always get iPhones through music magpie on eBay, they are excellent at dealing with returns quickly, although seldom needed. Sorry, it must be so disappointing for you. I hope it can be sorted quickly.

No I don’t know anyone who can do it unfortunately

Try the local library. They have computers and printers and librarians are generally pretty helpful if you go and you need any help. You will have to pay for the print out but it isn’t expensive.

Would really just rather pay if anyone knows if that’s possible? Just opened a case so waiting for a response
