If someone wants to pay you on paypal instead of vinted, is this ok?

I would say not, purely because they could just say it didn't arrive (if paid by paypal friends and family) and put in a claim with PayPal.

If they can use their card with PayPal they can use it on vinted. To not want to is a bit weird. If its to do with available funds they can withdraw it into their account usually within an hour or so.
