someone has won an item they dont want- how do i cancel their bid? I forget,,,,,,,,,

If they have won it you need to report an item unpaid (I think you can do it off the drop down on the item or off the page with the listing on) Select we have agreed not to complete the sale (mutual withdrawal) and the winner purchased the item by mistake. Theyt will then be sent a form to say they agree and you will get a fee credit and a free relisting I think. hth?
