I bought something through PayPal (from facebook marketplace) that, one I received it, was really not as described. It was described as being in excellent condition and actually has really significant damage. I contacted the seller who has agreed to me returning it. I haven't ever been in this situation before and PayPal didn't answer my query, so can anyone answer these questions:
- do I return the item first, or does the seller refund me first?
- I can see that I should be able to activate some kind of free return thing through Paypal. However, does the seller have to refund the original postage cost?
