Sold an item on ebay and posted special delivery, got email stating buyer hadn't received next day, i appologised and said royal mail obviously busy, got an email back saying they didn't think my listing was accurate so they will leave neg feedback and could i refund postage, OMG what is wrong with some people how the hell can i be held responsible when the item has left the palms of my hands, its bloody royal mails fault, i sent the damn thing special delivery £7.75 and only charged £7.50 so that it could be tracked and value covered incase anything happened to it at this time of year, the buyer should not have bid if they were not happy with anything on my listing, am i so wrong to think the buyer is a plonker and got nothing better to do with their time, i mean its something so trivial, a day or so late but they still got it

I would ask them exactly what wasn't described properly. You can not be expected to be held accountable for Royal mail's delivery times.

I would suggest that the buyer takes it up with Royal mail if they are that bothered.

They're just trying it on by the sound of it.
Ignore them. I think you can block people from bidding on your items as well.
