She has only sent you one parcel. Royal mail won't use the same tracking number for 2 parcels.

2 parcels would be 2 tracking numbers wouldn't it?

unless both items in 1 parcel?

Does the tracking show it should be 2 items?

Seperate parcels will have their own tracking number.

On the RM label will be a weight. You can check the weight corresponds to the ACTUAL parcel weight on your kitchen scales
It may be they didn't put the other tracking number down against the other parcel by mistake and you'll get a second parcel later on

Hmm that's a bit weird. I would message the seller first off and see if she sent them separately or what but only entered tracking for one or something. Hopefully they'll get back to you and clarify.

On eBay listing it says they have been both delivered as she dispatched them together into the same envelope , But she only put one item inside the envelope not 2 that I bought , also it was only 2 different pokemon cards so they won’t weigh a lot , so I bough 2 pokemon cards 4 days apart and she said she sent them both together after I purchased the second card but she only sent me one . But eBay says it’s delivered both because they share the same tracking number .

so 1 parcel and the weoght per tracking shows what? and what is the weight now?

either someone removed the item in transit (so it now weighs less than it did when sent)
Or she only put one in the box and needs to send the other (if weight is same at start and end)

Unfortunately I have thrown the envelope away that had weight on , it was only 1 pokemon card that i collect , so it won’t weigh a lot , I was expecting to get the other one in different envelope as I ordered them both 4 days apart and I never expected something like this to happen .

It seems like I’m confusing people sorry ,
1 pokemon card boughtt 10 December
2nd pokemon card bought 14 December

Seller dispatched both cards on the 14tg of December

20 December I get the envelope with only 1 card inside .
Messaged the seller and told her I only got 1 card and if she can check where the second one is , and she says they have both been delivered
I checked the tracking number on eBay and realised she has added same tracking number for both listings as she claimed she posted them both in 1 envelope together . But clearly I only got 1 card .

I think I got scammed , because it was bidding and I won something for quite cheap , so the seller has been clever to say she sent both items in the same parcel (envelope)when really she only put one of the items inside the envelope not both that i won , how could anyone prove she didn’t place 2 items inside it instead of just 1 .

yes you could well be scammed

in this situation, even with just 1 order for 1 card, she could have just sent an empty envelope as the weight wouldn't change if 1 card was in it would it?

checking feedback is all you can do? if they have tons of feedback and regularly sell cards, its probably a mistake by them and they should refund (though you should find the package and ensure its not stuck to the inside)
if its a new ebayer, more likely to be a scam and all you can do is pursue with ebay.

As the buyer you should be able to leave negative feedback for both items, but you can only do that as long as you havent been refunded, so do it now before its sorted by her or Customer Services.
Keep it factual - ''I won two lots but only one was posted''.

Did they offer discount for combining items?
Or pocket the difference by saving obe load of shipping? You can neg then for that alone.

Open an 'item not as described' case and ask to return it.
The seller should give you a prepaid return label.
You can then return what you got and get a full refund for the 2 cards when the tracked item is delivered to the seller.
Ebay will force the refund even if the seller won't agree.
