Not sure what to do

Advice please - I bought a top on Ebay - it didn't fit so I re-listed it.
I used the 'sell something similar' feature and it didn't describe the top as glittery. It's only very slightly glittery and not full on Strictly....
The buyer doesn't like it and isn't happy it's glittery.
She doesn't want a refund and doesn't want the hassle of sending it back.
I've said I'm happy to wait for the return and will then refund her postage.
Any thoughts what I should do?

I’m confused. What does she want? A partial refund? If so that’s up to you, it’s an option but you’re not obliged.

Sometimes a buyer will send an email hinting or saying they aren't happy, hoping you'll just refund them; if you ask them to put in writing what they want then 9 times out of 10 they back down.
