I know this forum is technically for eBay sales, but since they're similar I thought I'd post here.
So I sold a coat on Vinted worth around £200 new (sold for £50) barely used in excellent condition. Anyway, I sent on time, sent a picture for proof of postage. A few days later it says that the sale was cancelled as I didn't send the item 😕 Im not sure exactly what happened but I think I may have sent the postage proof photo as a message rather than in the the specific box that you have to do it. So now, the buyer has received their money back (item has been delivered also) I messaged Vinted and they told me I have to re-upload the item and ask the buyer to pay again. So basically if they don't pay voluntarily, I have no chance of getting my money back? Buyer is not responding
