Help!! Someone in Germany is defrauding my paypal account at the mo, what can I do?!

I've put a stop on my account but the transaction is going over and over again... WTF can I do?!

my dd has just had this done to her but b someone in china,paypal were very helpful and she had the money put back in her account this week .It took about 12 days for them to refund her.have you spoken to anyone at ebay too ?

thanks, paypal are closed til the morning, I've got to ring them at 9am, but I can't stop the transactions on my account, they are still going!! Am having a big panic as I'm on unpaid leave as it is!

Have you tried changing the password to your account?

thanks quintessential - have been over to my mums to sort out emailing paypal as my pc is so slow it's on its knees when i try and submit reports to paypal... I've not checked my ebay account, will try that now. can log into paypal ok, but I've spoken to my bank who have told me there's nearly £300 pending to go out of my account tomorrow and my balance is only £84, and I can't speak to anyone til 7am...

Ring them now, redclover, they open at 6am.

change your password. change your default email.

I've rung paypal and put a 'limitation' on my account, so apparently that's frozen. I've had to extend my overdraft at the bank as well... I've now got to sit and wait and see what happens in my bank account, as far as I understand paypal are letting all the payments go through, then when they've cleared my bank account they'll look into it
