What happens to seller fees if sale cancelled?

Buyer didn't read the listing stating collection only, so the sale has been cancelled. Will I still be charged fees?

Thanks in advance.

Place marking – I have just had exactly the same scenario and am interested to know the answer. I even put COLLECTION ONLY in capital letters in the description!

AFAIK, you get the variable final value fees refunded as long as you refund the buyer, but not the insertion fees.

i've just refunded a buyer who wanted to cancel Ebay have refunded them, but taken 30p out of my bank account to do so, and are holding the payment the buyer made! It's been about 2 weeks I think now. Buyer also cancelled as they didn't read the listing properly. I'm going to post a separate thread about this as I'm not sure how to get them to release the money.
