need to cancel ebay purchase........

i wanted to buy a maternity pillow and couldnt find one anywhere except ebay. I purchased the item and went to pay but my paypal expired and its in dh name but hes not here for the next few wks and i cant set up my own account because we share the same email.Its getting too stressful and complicated.My dad has finally found me one and has i need one straight away i want to cancel my order. What are my rights as it said i had entered into a legal contract.

I think you would have to contact the seller direct and hope they let you out of your contract.

Set up a new email address - it is very easy.

Then you can have your own paypal account.
