Buyer states item hasn't arrived

Tracking shows it was delivered last Monday. The buyer hasn't acknowledged the tracking number I sent them, not have they responded to say that it's actually arrived.

The case will be resolved tomorrow According to eBay. What else can I do? I resent eBay refunding them despite it being a low value item!

Did you enter the tracking reference into ebay or just send it in a message to your buyer?
If you have logged the tracking reference against the item and it's shown as delivered, ebay will almost always find in your favour.

Just make sure the tracking number is logged against the sales record.

You need to enter the tracking number when you mark the item as dispatched, so go do that now. If you don't, Ebay won't automatically find in your favour.

If its a courier and not Royal Mail, check their website to see the GPS/photo matches the buyers address. If it doesn't, the buyer might be able to make a good case for a refund and you'll have to chase it up with the courier.
