Hi, Won a dvd last week for 2.99 inc p&p for dd but when i went to pay through paypal got to the page where you click pay, did that and for sum reason it took me to my account balance page.
The 2.99 hadn't come off so went through to pay it again and all went well. Next day when checking paypal it showed that have paid twice.
Emailed seller to explain and ask her to refund me one lot and have had no reply, what do/can i do??
I know 2.99 isn't loads but being a single mum and this time of year it mkes a whole lotta difference!!
