Should I leave bad feedback?

I ordered 2 DVD's from an ebay store about 3 weeks ago . They didn't combine postage or anything . One arrived I am still waiting for the other, today after 4 emails and no response I opened a dispute my money has been refunded but there was no apology or any explanation from seller. I'm really annoyed because it was a gift for my Dad .
But I dont know if I should leave bad feedback or neutral .

If you have any suggestions what I should put if I do leave feedback that would be great too.

THANKYOU

Either leave it or risk getting a negative retaliation feedback from them.
I left a bad FB for someone once so they did the same, despite me doing nothing wrong - RM lost the item they bought from me.
I just put a reply saying : If this bothers you, please email me for explanation.
No one ever has and I think it just shows the FB was uncalled for.

People like that who wont combine postage really feck me orf.

However my account on ebay is now saying that I have just bought the item and need to pay for it again

just mark it as payment sent and then tick it to clear it off your list.

unless they said they would combine postage in the listing then there can be no complaint that they didn't.
They posted them separately - prob the reason for no combined postage.
prob out of stock, but you did get a prompt refund.
Not much more they could have done really apart from sending reassuring messages.

leaving feedback is up to you. I would usually urge a buyer to leave FB to warn potential customers but there doesn't appear to anything to warn about apart from 'out of stock' (and poor comms)

have you checked your junk mail in your email? I bought a dvd from ebay which also happened to be a big(ish) site and they did all their communicating direct to email, which landed in my junk folder. I got the dvd in the end.(it was just out of stock at the suppliers and so took a while)
