Payment pending

Any idea why my payments now always seem to say pending? I am a buyer only.

I never signed up to the managed payments and only pay with paypal, is it that the new way sellers receive money is just slower now because it is not paypal to paypal anymore?

It might be because your buyers are using PayPal instead of their bank card.
Look on your payments page, do you have an outstanding invoice for Ebay charges? If so, pay that off. That can cause problems and Customer Services weren't that helpful when it happened to DS.

OP, log into Pay Pal, go to Help and on the web chat form there's an option for 'pending payment'. Click that, then there's an option for 'request information'. The web bot will tell you the payment is pending for reasons unknown, but it should clear within a minute or two.
Its probably an anti fraud thing.
