I'm a bit stuck on how to deal with this, does anyone know? 'Won' a cheapo trike which arrived via courier with battered packaging & one part (the parent handle) missing. Paid via paypal. I want to return it but will I have to pay full postage ?(they charged £9 delivery, item was £16) Seller has not responded to emails or phone calls yet, how long do I pursue before opening dispute? Thank you!
