Seller not replying

I bought some boots from Ebay and when they arrived, I wasn't convinced that they were genuine so requested a refund.
The seller refunded the money almost instantly so I didn't get chance to print off the return label and I cannot find her address.

I've sent 3 messages now but am hearing nothing back.

What do I do?

she has refunded you because she probably knows they are fake so i wouldnt worry about it she probably hasnt sent a return label as you would have had an email to inform you it had been sent, i sell for a charity and if something is wrong and its not worth me sending a label and paying more postage i refund and tell them not to send the item back

I wouldn’t worry about it. She’s refunded and hasn’t asked for you to return the items, despite your efforts to get in touch.
Keep it in your cupboard for a month and then if you don’t hear, just Chuck them out.
