I'm not getting much luck with Hermes at the moment. I have another thread running about the buyer not being in for the delivery, but that is more the buyer's problem rather than Hermes.
Anyway, I sold something on Vinted back in August and despatched it on 16th.
Vinted sends me a message a week later to say that it's delayed but not to worry as I will be compensated after 14th September.
I message buyer a few days later to ask whether it's arrived and only a few days ago, they say no they've checked the website and it's still delayed.
It looks like I'll have to claim compensation from Vinted and buyer will have to claim refund for non delivery.
How do I do this please? I had such high hopes with Vinted and the 2 items I sold after that went smoothly, it's just this one that isn't progressing.
