Buyer not happy with colour of item? What can I do

Sold a flat bed sheet, buyer sent me a message saying she's surprised I used the pictures I did because the colour is much more dull in person, she wants a full refund.
Any advice?

I agree, insist she returns the item for a refund. You may have to pay return postage. 8 times out of 10 they grumble but keep the item.
