hi, it was a book, sent normal 2nd class last tuesday. She has sent me an email saying where is it.

I sent two other items that day, and I know atleast one of my buyers got theirs after 2 days.

It wasn't recorded or anything, and buyer knew the posting score. Its the blyimg post office.

what happens now? I have told her perhaps to wait a few more days.

You can get a proof of postage free when you post the item. If someone didn;t have one when posting something from ebay, I would probably suspect that they hadn't ever posted the item.

I always get proof of postage for things I sell on ebay!

This happened to me, I just refunded them after about 3 weeks and asked them to let me know if it ever arrived. It was about £15 I thought my 100% feedback was worth more than getting into a dispute over such a small amount. Things do get lost in the post, how would you feel if you were the buyer?

I would feel peed off too.

there is still time for it to arrive. Ask your buyer to wait a few more days and in the meantime to check with her neighbours in case it has been delivered to the wrong address and also to check with her local sorting office.

If it hasn't arrived after about 2 weeks since posting, refund the buyer and claim from royal mail.
