Adjusting invoices for combined postage

Not a clue how to do it. Am working off my iPhone as well - is it possible to sort?

Idea is you go to
My Ebay
Sold
(find the items, they should be grouped by buyer)
send invoice
find box to reduce combined postage by a few quid

It's a lot easier than it sounds. IIRC, you select a checkbox then it's calculated for you.

It works out quite well as you get someone buying a second item because they don't have the full postage.

I usually put on the listing if I have a second item that would probably appeal to the same buyer e.g. 2 pairs of the same size and brand jeans or shirt.
