that was a week last monday. I paid on the tuesday after they sent me an invoice for combined postage. i paid by paypal straight away. I had sold stuff on ebay especially to get these presents for the kids. I bought 2 gloe bears, a lightning storm mcqueen (which ds2 has been desperate for since his birthday in feb!!) and a silvercross dolls pram for dd2. All in all with postage, it came to just over £83. Anyway, on the invoice it says that my items will be with me within 1-2 working days. Still not received them now 10 days later. I have not heard from them despite 3 emails. I am a bit worried that recently, their feedback is getting worse, for things like not sending items, poor comms or very very slow delivery, not answering the phone or replying to messages left. I don't know what to do now. I don't want to lose the money and I certainly don't want to have to put up a fight. How much longer do you think I should wait!? I am starting to get worried now. The kids aren't going to have much else for christmas as it is unless I sell more (which I have just about run out of) I have even sold my pushchairs, leaving me with just the one!! just so they can have something to open on the day.

You can start a dispute with ebay and paypal.
That should make the sellers ears open!

ILikeToMoveItMoveIt · 23/11/2007 16:59

Email the seller requesting details of shipment, and also email Ebay and PayPal with your concerns.

Hope this works out okxx

but would that be reasonable after 10 days. some people are leaving f/b saying it took 3 weeks-1 month for their item to turn up

start a dispute asap, it freezes the amount of money you spent in their acct (if its still there).
It will certainly get their attention if they are ignoring you!

AnAngelWithin · 23/11/2007 16:59

i have emailed them 3 times about delivery

its a big shop so im sure they will barely even notice what ive spent in their shop!

you must start a dispute asap - escalate to a claim straight away, the hopefully you will get your refund in time

Peachy · 23/11/2007 17:35

If other people are in the same situation, your risk is that ebay will foreclose- o you want to be one of the first to dispute! As you paid on paypal do it there, it gets sorted faster and has priority over an ebay claim. Go on, do it now! 10 days is reasonable to cause a worry, but if their feedback is escalating with the negatives, and e-mails aren't beinga nswered, thats never a good sign.

Must be something about Christmas run up- Dh ahs traded with a shop on ebay for years without ever making a claim, 3 this week for faulty goods.

lemonaid · 23/11/2007 18:01

Start a dispute. As Peachy says, if they are going to go under you want to be the first to lodge a dispute so that you stand a chance of getting your money back.

AnAngelWithin · 23/11/2007 19:15

should i start a dispute with paypal or ebay first??

OP posts:
Peachy · 23/11/2007 19:22

paypal supersedes ebay

AnAngelWithin · 26/11/2007 11:48
