Blocked seller buying through different account

So, last week I sold a thing.
Buyer didn't pay. I have it set up so Ebay automatically does an unpaid item process after about 4 days.
They presumably get an unpaid item strike or however it works.
I shrug shoulders and relist item.
I did however add the non paying buyer to my block list as I can't be doing with timewasters.

There was no communication from them.

Item just sold again and same person bought it again, but from a different Ebay account.
(I know it's the same person as they have the same name and same delivery address).

Is there anything I can do here? Are they breaking any rules?

Auction only just finished so it remains to be seen if they actually pay this time or not.

Item sold for about £25 each time.

I would just wait to see if they pay. Maybe send them a message?

Did a bit of googling seems it is breaking Ebay policy to get round being on a seller's block list by using another account to bid (you'd have thought so, anyway!)
Spoke to someone on the Ebay chat thing who said they have reported the buyer, and I could cancel the sale, so I've done that.

Good - this spring npb have been the bane of my (ebaying ) life. Ebay do very little - so at least you got that. Please check to ensure you received credit final value feeds.
