Item now invalid but I've already paid, any hope?

I bought a buy it now item. There were 5 of them available so I bought one and paid for it using paypal.

I've just on to my ebay page an it's missing. I followed the link from the email saying I won and there is a message saying it is an Invalid item.

Does this mean that ebay have pulled it? Do I now just cross my fingers and hope that the seller is decent enough to send it anyway?

Thanks. I've had a reply and he says he's going to send it. So fingers crossed for the next couple of days.

What you could do is file a dispute with paypal which would stop him from removing any money from paypal into his bank account. Don't escalate to a claim- just start a dispute. It takes around 5-7 days to transfer money from paypal into bank and by that time, you should have received the item and can end the dispute.

The parcel arrived this morning. So the seller came good in the end.
