Clarification re fees

I have 4 items for sale, will probably go for £30 Mark if they sell. It seems the £1 selling fees have dried up. If best case scenario I get £3 selling fees , is this per item or all in? Can someone kindly remind me what the % fees are ? If it’s 10% I may as well go ahead and list now. Thanks

Total fees are 12.8% + 30p or 12.9% + 30p if you receive payment via paypal still.

£1 selling fees do come and go, it's been 3 weeks since my last one, but that's normal. But the next one could be next week, or 3 months away.

£3 offer is per item

I’m actually wondering whether if you upload just one item for sale , some algorithm springs into action and then the £1 fees offer arrives 🤔?
