No return label for damaged goods

I am a relatively new ebay buyer. I received several separate items from one person but on arrival the goods were damaged. The seller has accepted my returns but not sent returns labels for any items. I can’t see how to get in touch with the seller either. What do I do please? Thank you in advance for any advice!

Escalate to ebay as soon as it allows you to and explain (live chat or via the messages). They will send the labels. I've had this happen once or twice - the seller is probably hoping you'll just send them at your cost.

Oh you've got one of those sellers. Ebay will refund you, and you should add them to your blocklist asap.

The problem is that eBay is now full of buyers who say that things are broken or faulty or that they didn't turn up. Then they ask for a partial refund or take part of the item that they wanted or swap it for something else.

Twenty years ago eBay was mostly ordinary people, selling things they didn't need any more or things they had made. Now there are so many people trying to rip each other off.

It's possible that your seller is pulling a fast one but they might just be on high alert.

What is their feedback like?

Their feedback isn’t great, 99%. I thought it was okay, but Dh looked and said it’s pretty poor and he wouldn’t have bought from them. So pretty much my own fault.
How do I get a refund from eBay? So new to this sorry!

The link is in your purchase list, to the right of the item there's a drop down list underneath 'leave feedcakc' that says 'more actions'.
Unless they've changed it recently you click 'return this item'. Ebay will ask you for a reason and you click ''arrived damaged''.

Ah thank you. I have done that. They have accepted the return, just not sent the label, so I think that means they don’t want to pay return postage?
