£1 Final Selling Fee Promotion

I used to have one of these offers nearly every other week-end but I've not been offered any special promotions for a couple of months now.

Does anyone else get these any more? I have lots of fairly high value clothes to list but I dont want to pay their 10% fees.
I contacted eBay today to check the position and all they could say was 'no special promotions on at the moment'. I've been selling for 20 years and have 100% feedback with 2900 score.

I've had a few in the last few months. Haven't used any.
This w/e I've got the 80% off FVF one instead.

I had a spell last year where I didn't get any offers for 6 months - I started selling on FB instead as a result - then they started up again regularly and I never used them. I wonder if they retract them from your account when you're using them all the time? And reintroduce them to lure you back?

Have you signed up to managed payments yet? eBay are restricting these offers if you haven’t.

It was only at the weekend I got the 80% off FVF offer and then the next day I got the invitation to sign up to managed payments. My assumption is that 80% off FVF, making it 2%, is going to work out cheaper than the Paypal fees alone.

I got max £1 selling fees last week. I also got the 80% off items. I never seem to get them if I have been selling loads. If you stop selling for a few weeks they will start sending you them again.

I was just about to post this. I only seem to get the offer while I have active listings.
